Fat Free Natural Yogurt
Marinate the chicken in Kuzi spice for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the whole spices (cinamon, star anise, clove and cardamom) along with remaining spice blend ingredients.
Pour the spice blend ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add it back to the pan and sauté until oil separates.
Add in the marinated chicken, raisins, cashew nuts, tomato paste and stir well. Add water.
Add MARIGOLD Yogurt and let it simmer until chicken is tender and curry thickens. Let it continue cooking until oil starts to separate.
Add tomatoes, onions, chillies and salt and let it simmer.
Dish curry chicken into a bowl. Serve warm with rice.
