HL Milk (Plain)
Place 3 Black Tea sachets into MARIGOLD HL Milk (Plain) carton.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Pour 700ml water into a mini pot with medium-low heat.
Add in the tapioca pearls and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Sift out the tapioca pearls with a sieve.
In a medium sauce pan, add 300ml water, brown sugar and coconut sugar. Bring to a boil.
Stir constantly for about 3 minutes and reduce heat to low.
Stir until the sugar has fully dissolved and turned into thick syrup.
Allow it to cool and mix with tapioca pearls before using.
Pour 80g (approx. 5 tbsp) brown sugar syrup with tapioca pearls into a glass.
Add in some ice cubes. Pour in 150ml milk tea.
Garnish with some tapioca pearls on top as per your liking.
